Yes. Whether "in transit" between a device and the data centre or "at rest" in a database, we encrypt all sensitive information. All systems are located within ISO 27001-vertified, UK-based datacentres ensuring complete GDPR-compliance.
We've been there too, the Internet connection isn't always reliable. That's why we are not advocating replacing the humble radio just yet, but we do engineer the application to tolerate poor connectivity, re-syncing when a connection becomes re-available.

Our pricing policy is designed to be clear and transparent. The monthly charge is £99 which includes all updates. This includes up to 10 concurrent users at events. Additional users are £10 per month per user.
NB: These are concurrent users, not the total number of users in your organisation. Hold as many user records as you like at no additional cost - only pay for the number of concurrent active users at any one time - eg when events are runnng with deployed users
